I saw this newstand t'other day that said
"RACIST WORLD CUP THUGS ARRESTED"
Now I think's it's great that they've arrested the thugs. But was it really a good idea to have a "Racist World Cup" in the first place?
I mean it was bound to attract thugs, wuzn't it?
Racism is a very serious issue. Let's not make a competitive sport out of it!
It would give the British National Party a chance of winning something, and that can't be good.
Think on.

As you know, every good comedian has a catchphrase. Is yours "Think on"? And what happens if I think "on"? Will it help me to develop powers of telekinesis that will enable me to throw light switches from across the room, for example? Or will I develop a mystical super power that I can activate with my mind by thinking "on"?
I heard that Bernard Manning died at the age of 76 a week ago today. Will you be having a minute's silence at your next performance to honour his memory?
Think is just summat we say in Wigan when we want someone to...well...think on. So think on.
I thought about sayin summat about Bernard's passing at the gig on Thursday. But then I couldn't think of owt funny to say about it so I decided not to bother.
